before you start
Below you will find a list of free software that I have
written in the past. In most cases it is free as in freedom
and sometimes also free as in free beer :)
Enjoy!
kvirc
KVIrc is the largest free project that I have written. It's a cross-platform full featured
IRC client. It is developed since 1998 and it is
widely used around the world. Recently it has even gained a
wikipedia entry. You will find all the relevant details on
http://www.kvirc.net
ssex
SSEX stands for Szymon Stefanek's Editor for X. It is a multidocument source code editor with
heavy syntax highlighting capabilities. It compiles both on windows and unix-like machines and it's based on
the free QT GUI library.
rijndael cryptographic library
A library with an easy-to-use C++ implementation of the Vincent Rijmen's Rijndael
AES standard block cipher. The code is placed in public domain.
langdetect
A statistical approach to language and encoding detection for electronic text documents.
The perl script produces a fast executable with embedded trial data.
perceptron
Perceptron is an educational software that allows creating,
teaching and testing single layered perceptron based neural networks.
You will be amazed by the fact that a set of ten perceptrons
can recognize the decimal digit set.. but it can't learn
a simple xor function...
